Chipped Bibs

This year we are using electronically chipped bibs and these will be mailed to all participants who register early, ie prior to Wednesday, 28 March, 2018. This will enable those runners to arrive at the Roseville Oval "ready to start", no queues to stand in. Participants who register from Wednesday, 28 March, 2018 on will need to collect their chipped bib early on the day of event, Sunday, 08 April, 2018.

Start times

  • 2Km Fun Run & Walk – 8.00am
  • 5Km Fun Run & Walk – 8.10am
  • 10Km Fun Run & Walk – 8.20am

Those competitors who need to collect their chipped bib on the day of event should allow a minimum of 30 minutes prior to start time to collect bibs and pins before assembly at the starting line.

Late Entries

All entries received after the close of business on Saturday, 31 March, 2018 will be subject to an increase in the Entry Fee of $5 for individuals and $15 for families.

To assist the organisers with planning for the event and the logistics of the day, you are asked to please register online well before the event. Successful online registrations will be immediately acknowledged by e-mail and registration details and receipts can be printed online.

The online registration facility will normally remain available until 24 hours before start time but registrations may be closed earlier dependant on the total numbers of entrants registering for the event.

Family Entries

As a community event we encourage participation by families, Mum, Dad, children and maybe grandparents even. If you are entering a family make sure to choose “Family” in the registration system for the first person entered. As you add further family members, the system will default to “Family”. You may enter up to six members in a single family for the one family entry fee.


2km Participants

There is no age restriction to the entry of the 2km but prizes will only be awarded to boys and girls aged under 12. A trophy and prize will be awarded to the first and second place-getters (boys and girls).

Finishers' Medallions

In 2018, all registered competitors (2k, 5k, 10k) who finish their event will be awarded a medallion to verify their achievement.

Timing Tags

In 2018, all registered competitors will have the option to purchase a tag showing their name, event and achieved time. The Timing Tag is designed to fit neatly in the back of the Finisher’s medallion.

The option to purchase a Timing Tag is included in the registration page. The cost of $10 covers the engraving of the tag and postage to the registered competitor’s nominated address.  For each purchase of a Timing Tag, $5 will be returned to Rotary in support of charitable projects.

Registrations on the day

Registrations will be accepted on the day but will be subject to a further late entry fee of $5 for individual entries and $10 for families. Refer to the table of fees above. Be early, no registrations will be accepted after 7:45am.

If you plan to register on the day, it is imperative that you come early to the venue at Roseville Oval. Registration will be open from 6:45am. To assist the organisers and yourself, please:

  1. Download the registration form from this website and print it.
  2. Arrive at the venue with your registration form already completed, with accurate details for your credit card payment, including your 3 digit security code - without which we are unable to process your credit card payment
  3. Proceed directly to the Cashiers Table for payment to be recorded.
  4. Present your registration form at the Registration Tables for 10km or 5km or 2km as applicable and you will be given your Bib.
